Jah Lightning set to drop visuals for latest single, ‘Thinking Of You’ | General entertainment

Aspiring dancehall musician Jah Lightning is set to drop visuals for his jam lovers’ rock song dubbed Thinking of You.

Noted for its romantic sound and content, Jah Lightning released a 30-second trailer for fans to anticipate the official release of the scenic visuals on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Directed by fletcher lover and produced under the Lovers Haus Production umbrella, the visuals for Thinking of You are set to garner huge numbers when they drop.

During this time, Jah Lightning has been an advocate for writing good songs.

Earlier, he criticized most dancehall and reggae musicians for “making too much noise” in their songs, adding that good lyrics and good content bind a musician together better.

According to him, he is on the verge of climbing the musical ladder, expressing his desire to break down boundaries and put Ghana on the map when it comes to his career as a musician.

“It has been a great journey for me and I know that my profession is well respected. I publish Thinking of You for the pleasure of my music lovers. I have more to come and this is just the beginning. Ghanaians should really pay attention to my songs and I will never disappoint them. I make a difference,” he said in an interview.

Born as Solomon Derick Otoo-Dadzie, Jah Lightning is a reggae artist, songwriter, composer, performer and recording artist.

He is based in Cape Coast and has performed throughout West Africa, notably in The Gambia in 2012 and 2014 and also in Togo in 2016.

He is from the Ashanti region of Ghana. Jah Lightning is the CEO of HottaDanfyah Muzik and is involved in several music programs in Cape Coast and Ghana as a whole.

Jah Lightning released his smashing EP titled “Protect I Jah” earlier.
